The Leadership Code guide every member of the St. Stephen’s community to remain true to our Vision, Mission, Philosophy, Aims by setting the high standards of PRIDE, WISDOM, HONOUR and RESPECT. Essential Qualities The ultimate "test" must be how the Vision, Mission, Philosophy, Aims and Leadership Code come together in every St. Stephen’s Community Member. The school expects the following results, not only for students but every member of our community: • Effective and Compassionate leaders • Effective communicators, in both language and number • Critical, informed and creative thinkers • Effective and discerning users of technology • Effective and compassionate citizens, with strong values • Self-directed, disciplined, healthy and learning individuals The best way to see example of these qualities is a personal visit to our school. You will be able to see for yourselves that all students have a chance to be class leaders, students paying their respects every day by singing the Thai national anthem. Our students have to learn to take care of themselves and each other, particularly important as we recognize our students come from very privileged backgrounds, even clearing away for themselves after lunch and snack times. There is a strong Community Service Programme (CSP) which allows St. Stephen’s students the chance to actively help other less privileged members of society.
