The Khao Yai Campus is Thailand’s first international boarding school for students in years 4-13 and is located in a natural environment on the edge of the Khao Yai National Park, just under two hours drive from Bangkok.

The School boasts outstanding facilities including a fully equipped gymnasium with two full size basketball courts, swimming pool, 9-hole golf course, soccer field and tennis courts. There are three fully-equipped Science labs, two Computer rooms, Music suite, specialist Art and Design Technologyfacilities, as well as a large dining room.

The boarding atmosphere places a large emphasis on safety, with a zero tolerance policy to drugs and any kind of sexual relationships. A team of three nurses and a visiting doctor ensure that health care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. School transportation and driver are also on standby throughout the day should any emergency occur.

An experienced security supervisor controls a full team of on-campus security guards.

Boarding life gives students a settled routine helping to make them self-reliant, adaptable and thoughtful to the needs of others. House Parents from the UK, alongside experienced and dedicated Thai nationals, create a “home away from home” environment.

House parents, residential staff and form tutors work closely to ensure that students welfare and well being is at the centre of daily life.

Extensive university counseling and careers guidance is provided to all upper middle and senior years students.

Clubs and activities take place each afternoon, in the evenings and at weekends. Students take full advantage of the healthy environment of Khao Yai and spend much more time on sports and other activities, rather than waste hours in a car or bus each day. Khao Yai is an adventurer’s playground. It is Thailand’s oldest and third largest National Park with easy access to the Northeast of Thailand. It is home to over 70 species of mammals including tigers, elephants, bears, gibbons and deer. Over 300 species of birds have been recorded there. It is a nature lover’s paradise.

Students from both campuses visit the National Park as part of their studies.

During their time at St. Stephen’s students make friends for life, discover new interests, learn to work hard, and of course, enjoy their experiences learning together.
