Knuffle Bunny in ESL Class

This week in Mr. James' ESL class we have been reading a book called Knuffle Bunny, which is all about a little girl called Trixie who loses her favourite toy in the washing machine. We acted out the story using clothes, a cuddly Knuffle Bunny, and a small washing machine. We made a board game of the story which we used to describe the action as Trixie and Daddy walked down the street to the laundromat. We also made a book that allowed the students to record their voices reading out the story for each picture. We loved Knuffle Bunny!
