Year 13 students recently set up a charity to support the preservation of our rainforests

Jun 10 2020

Some of our Year 13 students recently set up a charity to support the preservation of our rainforests, which involved designing T shirts and raising awareness of the issue, both in and out of school. The charity is entirely student-led, by Angel, Beauty, Mevni and Ploydee. The charity has now branched into tutoring to raise funds to donate to other causes. As well as supporting the recent disaster in Australia, it has now supported Covid 19 provision of PPE and is now actively fund raising for Black Lives Matters charities. This is an outstanding initiative from our students, showing great global awareness, community spirit and compassion.
