Year 6 baked gingerbread biscuits

Year 6 have had lots of fun today. We have been learning all about reversible, irreversible and chemical changes in our IPC topic. We investigated the changes which took place whilst we baked gingerbread biscuits and explored the science behind them. They were delicious!
